Bev Perkins 407-923-3802
Parking:We are now shuttled over to the stadium in Charter busses. Take 434 and pass University Blvd. Go to the 2nd traffic light, which is Research Pkwy, and turn LEFT. Go to next light (Technology Dr) and turn RIGHT. Take first left into “Partnership II” and park. Jump on a bus which will take you to E6 location. Cross grass and head toward stadium and go to Gate 10. We all meet at gate.
Entry to venues: For arena, head to the BACK OF THE BUILDING and enter by the loading docks. For stadium, enter through gate 10. We will all meet and head to stands together.
ALLOW ABOUT ONE HOUR FOR DRIVE TIME, PARKING, AND ARRIVAL AT GATES. BE ON TIME; WE ARE FINANCIALLY PENALIZED WHEN PEOPLE ARE LATE. THIS WILL COME OUT OF YOUR UNITS, NOT THE TEAM ACCOUNT.
Note: these times are different than originally indicated. If you are unable to keep your commitment CALL OR E-MAIL me so I know my head count. It’s no problem; just need to know.
Dress code: ORGANIZATION must adhere to uniform policy set forth:
A. The required shirt which Dazzlers will hand out to you at each event.
B. The required pants, khaki (football only) or black (all other events) are required! No Jeans. No extra zippers or outside patches, pockets or snaps on pant legs.
C. The required shorts, for outdoor events only, khaki (for football only) or black (all other events), to be worn within 2” above or below the knee. No jean or basketball shorts allowed.
D. No cut off shorts, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, or half shirts of any kind.
E. Appropriate undergarments, that are not visible through or outside of clothing, must be worn at all times.
F. No logos or names of any Athletic Teams (other than UCF or KNIGHTS) may be worn on any clothing.

I. Hair must be clean, well groomed, natural-colored and pulled back of the shoulder.
J. Men: Facial hair must be neatly trimmed at all times and be no longer than 1” in length.
K. No excessive make-up, jewelry, perfumes or colognes.
L. Acceptable Jewelry: One earring per ear, no longer than 1 1/2” in length.
Unacceptable Jewelry: Visible facial piercings, rings, watches, necklaces or bracelets unless health-related nor any visible tattoos acceptable.
M. No bags, purses or backpacks are allowed on the premises and in the
concession stands.
Expectations: We will have lots of fun and hopefully earn lots of money. Everyone will be assigned a specific area to work during the event. As far as closing, we all pitch in so everyone can leave together. Minors always work in the back, you must be 18 to work the register and handle money. Only the stand managers count inventory, money, and assign positions. During opening inventory everyone will assist with wiping down counters, turning on equipment, etc. We sell drinks, hot dogs, nachos, pulled pork sandwiches, and various other “snacks.” As a group we keep our stand stocked, clean, and open for business until time runs out on the clock or a concert has ended.
Personal Food: Everyone may have one hot dog or nacho at no charge. There are courtesy cups for soda. NO OUTSIDE FOOD can be brought into the venues; govern yourselves accordingly.
Assigned Workers: There are enough workers to cover our stands. Please do not take it upon yourself to bring a friend along. Only people who have been contacted and confirmed are allowed to work. There are many more events in the future where you will be able to earn units. There are also other fundraisers throughout the year.
WE ARE THANKFUL FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY TO FUNDRAISE AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY YEARS AT UCF, JUST LIKE OUR LENGTHY STINT AT THE CITRUS BOWL. IF ANY WORKER IS CAUGHT WANDERING THE ARENA OR STADIUM IN AN EFFORT TO WATCH THE SHOW AND/OR GAME, THEY WILL BE ESCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY BY SECURITY AND WILL NOT GET CREDIT FOR WORKING. ADDITIONALLY, WE CAN KISS THIS CONTRACT GOODBYE. I HOPE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP TO WORK AND NOT BECAUSE YOU WERE UNABLE TO GET TICKETS FOR THE EVENTS.
Thanks as always for supporting the teams.
